Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of spinzyclub.com (the “Service”), operated by Spinzy Club (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility — strictly 21+

The Service is available exclusively to adults aged 21 and over. By using the Service, and again when creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend access where we reasonably believe a user is underage.

2. Nature of the Service — free play only

The Service is a free-to-play social gaming platform provided purely for entertainment. All games use virtual credits which: (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged; and (c) can never be redeemed for cash, goods, or prizes of any kind. The Service is not a gambling service, accepts no wagers, and pays out nothing. Success at social casino-style games implies no likelihood of success at real-money gambling.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and free. Our demo account system stores your display name and email locally in your own browser. You are responsible for the device you use and for keeping your details accurate. We may remove display names that are offensive, misleading, or impersonate others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt or overload it, scraping or republishing its content at scale, interfering with embedded games, misrepresenting your age, or using the Service where doing so would violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual property

The Spinzy Club name, logo, site design, and original text are our property. The games available through the Service, including their artwork, names, and mechanics, are the property of their respective creators and are provided through those creators’ own demonstration systems. No rights in any of the foregoing are granted to you beyond ordinary personal use of the Service.

6. Third-party content and links

Games are embedded from third-party providers, and we link to external organisations (for example, responsible-play resources). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Because the Service is free and involves no money, your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change, and significant updates will be noted on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
