Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 August 2026 — the short version: we collect very little, we sell nothing, and we run no ad trackers.

This policy explains what information Spinzy Club (“we”, “us”) handles when you use spinzyclub.com, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it like humans, for humans.

1. Who we are

Spinzy Club is a free-to-play social gaming website for adults aged 21 and over. We do not operate real-money gambling, we sell nothing on the site, and our business does not depend on harvesting your data.

2. Information we collect

Account details. If you choose to create a free account, your browser stores a display name and email address locally on your own device. This demo account system keeps your details in your browser’s local storage; they are not transmitted to or held on our servers.

Contact messages. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide, and we use them solely to reply to you.

Technical basics. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure produces standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We use these only for security, debugging, and keeping the site running.

3. What we do not collect

We run no third-party advertising, no ad trackers, and no cross-site profiling. We do not request your address, payment details (there is nothing to pay for), precise location, or contacts. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 21, whose use of the site is prohibited by our Terms of Service.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser’s local storage for one purpose: remembering your demo account and signed-in state on your own device. This data never leaves your browser, and you can erase it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for spinzyclub.com. Third-party games loaded in the game window may set their own technical cookies necessary for the game to function; these are governed by the respective game provider’s policies.

5. Third-party game content

Games in our library are served from their creators’ systems and displayed in an embedded window. When you launch a game, your browser communicates directly with the game provider, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the game. We choose providers that operate established, professional platforms, but their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the website, respond to messages, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — not to advertisers, not to “partners”, not to anyone.

7. Retention

Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs rotate automatically on our hosting provider’s standard schedule. Local storage data lives on your device until you delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold so little, requests are usually quick: contact us and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, we minimise the data we touch, and we restrict access to what little we hold. No internet service can promise perfect security, but a good start is not collecting things worth stealing.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, note it prominently on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Contact
